At Greener Sheds, we make delivery as easy and convenient as possible, ensuring that your new garden building arrives safely and promptly. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process:

Where Do We Deliver?

We offer delivery within approximately 30 miles of Exeter, but don’t worry—if you’re further away, we can still arrange delivery! There are no restricted areas, and we’ll provide competitive delivery charges for locations outside our usual radius.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product you’ve ordered. Smaller garden buildings might arrive quicker than larger log cabins. To get a more specific delivery time, feel free to speak with our friendly office team, who can give you more detailed information based on your order.

Delivery Fees:

  • Free Delivery: Certain items come with free delivery, so check the product page for details!
  • Additional Charges: If your delivery is outside the 30-mile radius, we may apply a small additional delivery charge.
  • Installation Options: Need your building installed as well? We offer professional installation for an additional cost. Some products include free installation—check out our Installation page for more details!

Safe and Secure Packaging:

We know how important it is for your garden building to arrive in perfect condition. That’s why we package all items carefully to prevent any damage during transit. You can trust that your new shed, summerhouse, or log cabin will be well-protected.

Is Someone Home for Delivery?

Yes, someone must be home to receive the delivery. If you can’t be home on the delivery day, please notify us at least 3 working days in advance, and we can make arrangements. If no one is available at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to leave the product in a location we deem safe and accessible, such as your front garden or driveway. If we’re unable to access your property, the delivery may be left at the nearest safe and accessible point.

What Happens If My Product Is Damaged?

We strive for perfection, but in the rare event that something is damaged during delivery, we’ll take care of it. Simply notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement. You can reach us by phone or email.

Tracking and Time Slots:

While we don’t offer live tracking for deliveries, we do give you a time slot in advance, so you can plan your day accordingly. Our delivery team will arrive within that window, and we’ll make sure everything goes smoothly!
