How Our Installation Works:

1. We Deliver & Install

Our team will arrive at a pre-arranged time with all the materials, ready to bring your new shed, summerhouse, or log cabin to life. You just sit back and watch the transformation!

2. Installation Timeframes

Here’s how long installation typically takes:

  • Small Wooden Sheds & Summerhouses (1-2 people): 1-2 hours
  • Large Wooden Sheds & Summerhouses (2 people): 2-3 hours
  • Small Log Cabins (2 people): 2-4 hours
  • Large Log Cabins (2 people): 3-5 hours

3. Installation Areas

We primarily install within 30 miles of Exeter, but we’re happy to travel further—just ask! Additional charges may apply for longer distances.

4. Preparing for Installation

To ensure a smooth installation, please:

  • Provide a firm, level base that matches or exceeds the size of your building.
  • Clear the area of any obstructions (trees, pipes, or obstacles).
  • Ensure easy access for our team and vehicle.

5. Be Present for Installation

We ask that you or a representative be available when our team arrives and when installation is complete to confirm everything meets your expectations.

  • If any parts are missing or damaged, we’ll replace them free of charge—just notify us within seven days of delivery.
  • Installation goes ahead in all weather conditions, unless it's unsafe (e.g., extreme storms or high winds).
