1. Introduction

Welcome to Greener Sheds. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Payment Methods

We accept all major debit and credit cards. All payments for products and services must be made in full and in advance at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery Areas: We do not have any restricted delivery areas within the UK.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery will be arranged in advance with you, either by phone or in person. We do not have a cut-off time for orders, as each delivery is scheduled individually.
  • Installation: Installation is arranged in advance with the customer. Customers must ensure that the site is prepared and ready for installation. If the site is not prepared or access is blocked, a cancellation/rebooking fee may apply.
  • Site Preparation: Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation site is level and clear of obstructions. If access is not possible or the installation site is not prepared, a cancellation/rebooking fee will be charged.

4. Returns and Cancellations

  • Standard Returns: Customers have 14 days to return items that are not bespoke or already installed. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition.
  • Bespoke Products: Custom-built, made-to-order products, and items that have been installed and signed off by the customer are non-returnable.
  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email us as soon as possible. All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery to allow us to assist you with a resolution.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

  • Warranty: We do not offer a warranty on installations, but if you experience any issues, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
  • Product Warranty: All products are covered by standard consumer protection laws ensuring they are of satisfactory quality. If your product is found to be defective within a reasonable time frame, we will assist in either a replacement or repair.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Measuring: Customers are required to measure their space in advance to ensure that the product will fit. If the product does not fit upon delivery, the customer may return the item at their own expense, provided it is in its original condition.
  • Site Preparation: As part of our installation service, customers must ensure the site is properly prepared and accessible. If preparation is not completed, a cancellation/rebooking fee will be charged.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Delivery/Installation Delays: We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery and installation; however, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to bad weather, transportation delays, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Misuse: We are not responsible for any damage or malfunction caused by improper use, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Should a dispute arise, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation or legal action may be taken.
